Mechanical Lymph Drainage: Boost Your Immune System

Medical illustration of the human body's lymphatic system and internal organs, including sinuses, throat, stomach, and bladder, with lymphatic vessels highlighted in green.

Flow is the Secret to Vitality

Your lymphatic system is your body’s natural "detox highway." It is responsible for flushing out toxins, waste products, and excess fluid. But unlike your heart, this system doesn’t have its own pump, it relies entirely on movement and stimulation to stay active.

When life gets busy —due to stress, long hours of sitting, or recovery—your lymph flow can become sluggish. This often leads to water retention, heavy legs, fatigue, and even cellulite.

Mechanical Lymphatic Drainage offers a precise, non-invasive solution to reactivate your vital process. Using advanced compression technology, the treatment systematically stimulates the transport of lymph fluid.

Key Benefits

Whether you’re looking to enhance your wellness routine, support your body’s natural detox, or recover after an operation, mechanical lymphatic drainage is a safe and effective solution.

  • Detox: Speed up the removal of metabolic waste.

  • Relief: Immediate light-feeling for heavy legs and edema.

  • Immunity: Strengthen your natural defenses.

  • Aesthetics: Support skin firmness and reduce cellulite.

How Does it Work?

Our treatment utilizes state-of-the-art compression technology designed to mimic the body’s natural physiological processes. By applying controlled air pressure — ranging from 20 to 160 mmHg — the device simulates and strengthens your "muscle pump." This rhythmic sequence activates the lymph flow and accelerates detoxification at a cellular level, delivering results that are far more consistent and precise than traditional methods.

Customized Coverage. We provide medical-grade compression garments designed for targeted treatment:

  • Full-Body Pants: For a deep focus on the legs, hips, and abdomen (ideal for detox and cellulite).

  • Leg Sleeves: To relieve heavy, swollen legs and speed up athletic recovery.

  • Arm Sleeves: Specifically designed for upper-body drainage and post-surgical support.

Each garment features overlapping air chambers. This "gapless" design ensures a smooth, continuous pressure wave that leaves no area untreated, ensuring maximum efficiency for every session.

Your Experience: What to Expect?

  • Consultation: Before we begin, we discuss your goals—whether it’s athletic recovery, aesthetic smoothing, or medical relief. We’ll tailor the pressure settings (mmHg) to your comfort level and specific needs.

  • Getting Ready: You will remain fully clothed during the session. We recommend wearing comfortable, thin leggings or trousers and clean socks. You will then step into our specialized compression garments (pants, leg, or arm sleeves).

  • Treatment: Once the program starts, you’ll feel a gentle, wave-like pressure traveling upwards toward your torso. Most clients find the sensation deeply relaxing—it’s the perfect time to listen to a podcast, read, or simply close your eyes and meditate.

  • Afterward: A typical session lasts 30 to 45 minutes. Once the garments deflate, you’ll likely notice an immediate feeling of lightness in your limbs and a frequent need to hydrate (a sign that your detox process has been activated!).

Maximize Results: Before + After

Follow these tips to get the most out of every session.

Before Your Session

  • Hydrate: Drink at least 500ml of water before you arrive. A well-hydrated body flushes toxins much more efficiently.

  • Eat Light: Avoid a heavy meal right before your treatment, especially if you are using the abdominal/pants attachment.

  • Comfortable Clothing: Wear thin, breathable fabrics. Avoid jeans or clothes with thick seams or zippers that could press against your skin.

After Your Session

  • Keep Hydrating: This is crucial! Your lymphatic system is now working overtime to move waste. Help it out by drinking plenty of water or herbal tea for the rest of the day.

  • Gentle Movement: A 15-minute walk after your treatment is the perfect way to keep the "muscle pump" active and maintain the flow we’ve just stimulated.

  • Avoid Alcohol: Give your liver a break. Alcohol can cause dehydration and inflammation, which works against the detoxing effects of the drainage.

  • Monitor the "Lightness": Take note of how your body feels. Many clients report better sleep and reduced "puffiness" the next morning.

Limitations / Precautions

  • It’s not a miracle weight loss tool by itself; best results often come when combined with healthy diet, exercise, etc.

  • Some medical conditions may contraindicate use: active infections, certain cardiovascular issues, deep vein thrombosis (DVT), etc. Always good to do a medical screening.

  • Multiple sessions usually needed to see more sustained results. One session gives some relief (lighter feeling, less swelling) but ongoing treatments needed for lasting effect.
