Smooth Wrinkles & Fine Lines with Neurotoxin (e.g. Botox®)
Neurotoxin (e.g. Botox®) can be used to treat wrinkles on the face and neck. Tiny injections can be used to treat wrinkles in a targeted manner. The neurotoxin effect immobilizes the muscle and relaxes the skin over the treated area. Relaxing the forehead muscles can lead to a significant improvement in migraine symptoms and a reduction in the frequency of attacks. Another important field of application for neurotoxin is the treatment of excessive sweating. In the case of so-called hyperhidrosis/excessive sweating in the axillary area, the armpit can be "dried out" with neurotoxin injections. The active ingredient slows down sweat gland activity. This also works on the scalp to avoid heavy night sweats in the hairy head area.
